Ali javeiee
Ali Javey is an Iranian-American professor of Electrical Engineering and Materials Science at UC Berkeley and a senior scientist at Lawrence Berkeley National Lab. His research focuses on nanotechnology, flexible electronics, and wearable sensors. He is known for innovations such as monolayer doping and III-V semiconductor integration on silicon. Javey has received numerous awards, including being named an IEEE Fellow and winning the APEC Science Prize and MRS Outstanding Young Investigator Award.
