Sima Nourizad is an Azerbaijani tar musician and traditional female dance instructor from Meshginshahr, Iran. With over 15 years of experience performing the tar in concerts alongside her master, she later expanded her artistry into teaching Azerbaijani dance with her husband, Sajed Mirmojidi, in Tehran. She deepened her knowledge under masters from Baku, specializing in the authentic and feminine style of Azerbaijani dance, which she now teaches to students around the world.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Sima and Sajed created the first comprehensive Azerbaijani dance video training program, making the art accessible globally. Over the years, she has trained many students to become professional instructors, carrying Azerbaijani culture into new generations and countries. Now based in the United Kingdom, Sima continues her mission to present Azerbaijani dance worldwide with authenticity and pride, sharing it as a universal language of culture and art.
